Our door hinge is an ideal decorative accessory, suitable for a wide range of modern and contemporary residential and commercial interior doors.
The hinge central shaft includes the damping oil feature which is built to reduce metal-to-metal friction and provide quiet open-door and close-door experiences. When you remove the hinge pin with the damping oil function, the resistance is increased.
The pin is removable but with some difficulties due to the sticky lubricant we added around the pin.
We can provide different finishes for hinges, such as polished brass, black matte, brushed nickel, and satin chrome.

A general rule is to use one hinge for every 30” of door height. For a door that is 60” tall, two hinges are sufficient. For doors between 61”-90”, three hinges should be used, spaced evenly. Using the proper number of hinges prevents undue stress on the doorframe, which can lead to damage over time.
